Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items, what do I do ?

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us immediately by email to [email protected] quoting your original invoice number. We will then e-mail you a Returns Form which must be completed and enclosed with the returned goods.

We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging, sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

Item not Required, what do I do ?

We endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition. If you want to do this, please email [email protected] quoting your original invoice number. We will then e-mail you a Returns Form which must be completed and enclosed with the returned goods. .

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier, alternatively we can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge.

We will refund the total cost of the goods.

PLEASE NOTE, if you wish to return any items not required after 14 days then we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Item is faulty within Warranty period, what do I do ?

If your purchase is found to be faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us by email on [email protected].

We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE - The guarantee does not apply where:

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
  • Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
  • The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
  • Alterations have been made to the tool.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
